The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

J.W. Kennedy replaced J.C. Gainford on Casheldale Lad, trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 4)(intended mount a non runner).
S. Markey replaced P.T. Smithers on Glaoinn An Airgead, trained by James M. Barcoe (Race 2)(intended rider injured).
T.Power Roche replaced P.T. Smithers on Splashing Out, trained by Eoin Griffin (Race 5)(intended rider injured).

339A Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn H'dle

Caragh Monaghan, rider of Artic Chief, trained by Liam Lennon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount got tired.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Sam Ewing, rider of Kazansky, trained by Gordon Elliott, where it appeared that Sam Ewing remounted Kazansky after parting company at the last obstacle. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that it was pure instinct that caused him to panic and re-mount. He apologised profusely for his actions. Having viewed the recording and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Sam Ewing was in breach of Rule 216.(i)(During the running of a Race a Rider who has parted company with their mount at an obstacle or at any other section of the course shall not re-mount and continue to Race) and having considered his clean record in this regard, the Raceday Stewards suspended him for one Raceday.

339B Lough Construction Ltd. H'cap H'dle

Prior to the meeting, the Raceday Stewards approved a request from Clerk of the Course, Mr. Brian Hamilton, to amend the distance of this race to three miles and sixty-five yards, due to operational reasons.

Anna McGuinness, rider of Take Chance (FR), trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount made a mistake at the fourth last.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Ms E. Dunseath, rider of True Destiny (GB), concerning her use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted she was in breach of the Whip Regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Ms E. Dunseath was in breach of R.10.3(b)(out of contention) and having considered her clean record in this regard, they suspended her for two racedays.

339E SIS, Supporting Irish Racing H'cap S'ch

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined No Flies On Him, trained by E. McNamara, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

K.M. Donoghue, rider of Individualiste (FR), trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the second fence and was subsequently pulled up.

339F BetVictor Beginners S'chase

Owing to the low lying sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for fences one, two and three to be omitted from this race.

339G WTW Willis INH Flat Race

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Hopeful Hero, ridden by Mr Alan O'Sullivan, placed second, and Skerry Hill, ridden by Mr H.C. Swan, placed first, where it appeared the two horses came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
